Lucia Fuselli is an Energy and Sustainability Expert with over 15 years of experience in clean energy, decarbonization, climate finance and ESG.

She has worked with policymakers (EU Institutions), international organizations (WEF, COP), development banks (EIB, AFD), and consultancies to shape sustainable infrastructure portfolios and advise on strategic projects across Europe, MENA, Sub Saharan Africa, and APAC.

Lucia has been acting as the Energy Sector Lead at the Green Climate Fund and prior to that as Programme Officer for the Energy, Material, and Infrastructure Platform for the World Economic Forum. She has been senior advisor for COP. She is Expert for the EU Commission Innovation Fund and for the UNESCAP Green Grids Working Group. She is founder and Board Member of Climate Strategies consulting, a GCC-based firm dedicated to advising governments, organizations, and businesses on matters related to decarbonisation, ESG/sustainability, and clean energy. She lives and works in Saudi.

An alumni of the World Energy Council leadership program, she holds a Msc in Finance from London Business School, an MBA from Warwick University and an Msc in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
