Lucia Fuselli is an Energy and Sustainability Expert with over 15 years of experience in clean energy, decarbonization, climate finance and ESG.

She has worked with policymakers (EU Institutions), international organizations (WEF, COP), development banks (EIB, AFD), and consultancies to shape sustainable infrastructure portfolios and advise on strategic projects across Europe, MENA, Sub Saharan Africa, and APAC.

Lucia has been acting as the Energy Sector Lead at the Green Climate Fund and prior to that as Programme Officer for the Energy, Material, and Infrastructure Platform for the World Economic Forum. She has been senior advisor for COP. She is Expert for the EU Commission Innovation Fund and for the UNESCAP Green Grids Working Group. She is founder and Board Member of Climate Strategies consulting, a GCC-based firm dedicated to advising governments, organizations, and businesses on matters related to decarbonisation, ESG/sustainability, and clean energy. She lives and works in Saudi.

An alumni of the World Energy Council leadership program, she holds a Msc in Finance from London Business School, an MBA from Warwick University and an Msc in Civil and Environmental Engineering.

David A. Dodd is thefounder of the International SustainableResilience Center (ISRC) a USA Center of Excellence focused on climate, disaster resilience and sustainability. David was then contracted by the USA Administration for several years for climate adaptation projects development, implementation and financing. He is a member of the National NewMarkets Fund Advisory Board. David is currently involved in leading the developmentof guidelines for integrating sustainability and resilience into infrastructure projects, for the United Nations and in strategizing avenues for mainstreaming the access to climate finance for the World Association of Public Private Partnership Units and Professionals, ofwhich he is a founding member, results to be presentedseparately at COP29.David holds a degree from Louisiana Tech university and a Mater in Finance at the Graduate School of Bankingat Louisiana State University. He is an Honorary Life Member of the International Economic DevelopmentCouncil and the former Dean of the University of Oklahoma EconomicDevelopment Institute.
